Tracking animal abuse cases in Greater Syracuse

Like most areas around the country, the Greater Syracuse area is inundated with animal abuse cases. Not only that, it's very hard to get officials to go the extra mile to charge and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law even when we have laws on the books...many of them in Article 26 and beyond. Who loses? The animals. Thus, we are attending and tracking all the cases that are on the court dockets. ATTACHED is a *SPREADSHEET* revealing how abysmal our system is. NOTICE that so far, only one perpetrator (Mason) has gotten jail time, while two others have gotten only probation (Frye and O'Neill), and four others' sentences (Davis, Figueroa, Freeman, and Williams) are only going to be probation and no animals during that time. It's a travesty, but hopefully we can make a difference by plugging away. Thankfully, we have a great cruelty investigator on the police force. However, WE NEED AN ASST. DISTRICT ATTORNEY WHO WILL BE WILLING TO DO ALL THAT'S NEEDED TO PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW ON THE DEFENSELESS ANIMALS' BEHALF. Right now, that link is completely missing.
